Lucent is an illustrator and architectural apprentice with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
They do illustrations, fanarts, character designs, and 3D architectural visualizations.

TERMS OF SERVICES

GENERAL

  • The artist has the right to reject your commission request if it makes them uncomfortable drawing it.

  • Commissioner is NOT allowed to rush the artist under any circumstances, unless there was an agreed schedule beforehand.

  • Failure to follow the terms of services will result you to being blacklisted. Thus, not allowing you to commission anything from the artist again.

REVISIONS

  • The artist will only revise a commission twice during sketch stage and once during the rough coloring stage.

  • For every additional revision, there will be an additional charge depending on the complexity.

RIGHTS OF USE

  • You are not allowed to use the artist's artwork for commercial use, it is ONLY for personal use. If you are going to use the artist's artwork for monetary/commercial purposes, an additional charge will be added for this type of commission.

  • The artist is allowed to post the finished commission piece on social media sites for self-promotion. However, if it is a private/commercial commission that was commissioned, the artist will be obligated to not post it online.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will only be given if the artist won't be able to finish your request.

  • If the artist have already started working on the commissioned piece, but was unable to finish it halfway, the artist will be reimbursing the lost fees and refund 100% of the paid amount.

  • If the artist still haven't worked on the commissioned piece after three (3) months, please do contact the artist and they will be refunding 100% of the paid amount, as well as the lost fees.

PAYMENT

  • Payments shall be made through PayPal.

  • Payment must only be in USD.

PROCEDURE

  1. After you have sent me the form/details, the artist will respond to you as soon as possible.

  2. The artist will then send an invoice and inform you about it. Payment must be made within two (2) days, otherwise your request will be cancelled without notice.

  3. Updates will be sent to you.

  4. Finished piece will be sent to you privately.
